Executive Assistant, Wellness Advocate & Community Builder
Hey, I’m Niccole (Nicky) Tamberrino—Executive Assistant, runner, yoga teacher, and self-love advocate. My career has taken me from supporting executives and managing operations to wellness coaching, content creation, and community-building. Whether I’m streamlining workflows behind the scenes or leading a movement experience, my goal is the same: to help people stay organized, feel empowered, and create space for what truly matters.
I spent nearly a decade as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world, supporting leadership teams, managing projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations ran seamlessly. That experience sharpened my organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, which I now use to help executives, businesses, and entrepreneurs optimize their time and energy.
While I loved the structure and impact of my EA role, I craved something more for my personal well-being. At 29, I discovered running, got hooked on chasing faster times, and over the years, I completed 25+ marathons, qualified for Boston, and competed in elite fields. But my greatest achievement wasn’t a PR—it was learning how to redefine success and build a healthy relationship with movement after years of pushing myself to the limit.
That journey led me to create Sanity Loading™, a mind-body fitness brand focused on yoga, creative wellness experiences, and impact-driven speaking. I also host the Maybe Running Will Help podcast, where I get real about the highs, lows, and everything in between. My ability to balance structure with creativity, discipline with self-care, and strategy with storytelling is what makes my work unique—whether I’m supporting an executive, leading a wellness event, or creating content.
I’ve been lucky to partner with brands like lululemon (proud ambassador!), and my podcast is sponsored by Charm City Run. You may have also seen me on TV or in stores—I’m the spokesperson for Paul Davis Restoration and Home Remodeling, and I’ve played lead and supporting roles in various true crime series on the ID Channel.
Beyond fitness and executive support, I’m also a writer and poet. My book, Found: Poems for Those Who Have Ever Felt Lost, is available on Amazon, and I continue to write and share stories that inspire self-discovery and healing.
I live in Baltimore, MD, with my husband and kids, where I work, teach, coach, and create experiences that bring people together. If you’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is resourceful, adaptable, and passionate about helping others thrive—let’s connect!
